If something does not work
It helps a lot if you include:
- The device and operating system (for example, an Android phone or a Windows laptop).
- The browser and, if you know it, its version.
- What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. For timing or sound problems, mention the tempo and the pattern you were using.
